The company cannot cancel an order that has been placed by you. To initiate a return of the product when received, we ask that you raise your return request within 3 days after receiving the product as they are perishable products and we can return the products if : 

If the product was damaged when received by you at the doorstep, you can return the products in the same condition received with the receipt. 

Under rare circumstances where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact.

If the order received is of the wrong quantity, you can return the product in the same condition and a replacement with the right order will be sent to you. 

The product can either be exchanged or be compensated for, by a voucher/coupon from Kay-Em Spectra. The company does not provide refunds and the product can only be exchanged with another product or a voucher issued by the company.  

However if nothing is wrong with the product, the company cannot process a refund or return.
